I have pondered this image taken over almost a month ago. The whisper is wordless. No matter what a passerby may see with only a quick glance, appearances are not truth. You cannot see in. You cannot see out. Painted or brick the perception is false. It is still a wall.
Look not at ornate perception windows.
Their covered essence of perception
Betrays their lie.
“She is the gate, she is the door
She leads me through and back once more.”*
Blame not the eyes. Blame not perception.
It is what you were taught. It is the wall.
“She is the gate, she is the door
She leads me through and back once more.”
Curse not the teachers. Rail not at the teaching.
It is what they were taught. It is the wall.
“She is the gate, she is the door
She leads me through and back once more.”
Turn, instead, your head, body, eyes, and heart.
Look anew. Then look again.
It is the wall that is the door.
