Oh my friend how did you do that? Tree trunks are straight, tall, strong and push upward from the earth. How did you bend in a circle? I have used your image so often to encourage my own rootedness and strength to stand yet bend with the wind. But now, you are a portal inviting me to walk through. Your bend I cannot say is unnatural for there you are and it is nature’s natural. The imperfection, again, is nature’s way of showing the perfection of imperfection. Beauty beyond definitions or expectations. Oh, my friend, how did you do that? And then the whisper, so simple, “I bent.” May I know such simple wisdom when my own natural instincts would say it cannot be done or isn’t in my power. May I simply turn towards beauty and perfected imperfection. Thank you my friend.
