A magpie in flight. Have wanted so long to capture a magpie in flight. So strong the desire, my camera and eyes locked on to this one that I missed a flock of 10 or more that flew right above me. Not having seen the image captured I knew the whisper. I knew the image’s name. Patience. The name gifts the perfect image as it is…. and a smile.
